Packaging/Production Assistant
We’re looking to add a friendly, passionate, hard-working, and super weird individual to add to our small crew of talented humans making sure all that fine liquid gets appropriately placed into those beautiful stainless, aluminum, and glass vessels. This job is PART-TIME to begin, and though industry experience is not necessary, it certainly is a major plus. If you’re interested in joining our team, read below for the details!
This is a small scale assembly line style production role that will include the following responsibilities:
- Assist in packaging all products in all packaging formats; kegs, cans, and bottles.
- Prepare, sanitize, and clean necessary equipment.
- Clean and monitor keg cooperage.
- Train and become proficient in multiple pieces of packaging equipment.
- Assist packaging team as necessary.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO THROW YOUR HAT IN THE RING, HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has weekday morning availability as early as 7am.
- Is able to stand for long periods of time without breaks.
- Has exceptional communication skills.
- Has incomparable attention to detail.
- Works well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Is able to maintain a smile and friendly demeanor, especially under stress.
- Respects all human beings. No exceptions.
